How I Went From Burnout to Building a Life I Love
My journey began far from the spotlight—in the remote towns of Far East Russia. I was selling seedlings at 12 and fully independent by 18 when I migrated to Australia. After years of hard work and unexpected setbacks—including bankruptcy and depression—I found myself in a hospital ICU, completely burned out from endless shifts and yearning for something more.
Then, one conversation changed everything. A doctor introduced me to cosmetic injectables—and with that, a new path emerged.

I launched Cosmetic Aesthetics Victoria in 2016 with one clear purpose: to help people look the way they feel. Since then, my team and I have helped over 10,000 people transform their lives, not just by enhancing their outer beauty, but by reflecting the confidence and light they feel within. We’re continually growing within the industry, and our mission remains the same: to provide impeccable service and support every client in achieving their unique aesthetic goals.
Guiding the Next Generation of Industry Leaders
Today, I’m the founder of Cosmetic Aesthetics Victoria (est. 2016) and the Viktoria Reeva Academy (est. 2023). My work brings together hands-on experience and world-class training in aesthetics, leadership, and mindset. I’ve had the privilege of helping professionals grow their businesses, lead with purpose, and raise the standard for ethical, client-first aesthetic care.
Through my programs, certifications, and mentorships, I focus on the real-world challenges business owners face—offering the mindset, strategy, and support they need to truly thrive.
Outside of my work, I’m passionate about inspiring others, traveling the world, and embracing new experiences wherever I can. I love to dance—especially Bachata—and I’m an avid reader. Some of my favorite books are The Alchemist, The 5AM Club, and The Art of Impossible.
